UPDATE: Public Information Meeting
The "Maximum Service" and "Take It Or Leave It" groups of EA are hosting an intergroup public information meeting on Saturday, September 17th, 2022 at 10:00 am (Central). Join us to learn more about the program of Emotions Anonymous, and hear two speakers speak about their experience with recovery. This hybrid meeting will be both in-person and online.
Welcome to our group!
Emotions Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other that they may solve their problems and help others to recover from their emotional problems. There are no dues or fees for EA membership. EA is not affiliated with any sect, denomination, politics, organization, or institution. Our primary purpose is to stay emotionally well and to help others to become emotionally well.
The Emotions Anonymous program has helped people who suffer from emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, anger, strained relationships, obsession, jealousy, guilt, worry, compulsion, obsession, and fear. The program is a step-by-step method for recovering from your emotional problems.
The "Maximum Service" group of Emotions Anonymous meets every Saturday at 10:00am at Faith United Methodist Church in Champaign, IL. Please join us for fellowship and discussion of recovery. Some attend in person, while others attend virtually. Newcomers are always welcome!
There are hundreds of groups of Emotions Anonymous around the world. We are based on the same twelve step program as Alcoholics Anonymous.
